Being a sales development representative at Semactic means:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our business strategy. Your main mission will be to identify, qualify, and engage prospects, turning them into concrete opportunities for our team of Business Developers.

Your main responsibilities:

Prospecting and detecting opportunities:

  • Identify strategic targets using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our CRM, and other potential tools.
  • Reach out to prospects through personalized emails, phone calls, and automated campaigns.

Qualify the leads:

  • Understand the needs of prospects and assess their potential in relation to our solutions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to lay the groundwork for Business Developers.

Collaboration with the sales team:

  • Work hand in hand with the Business Developers to pass on qualified leads.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to refine prospecting campaigns.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Keep the CRM updated with all interactions with prospects.
  • Analyze your performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.

Required profile:

We are looking for a dynamic individual, results-oriented and with a strong affinity for human interaction.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales prospecting or in a SDR role is an advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
  • Tools: Knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to engage in conversation, listen, and persuade.
  • Team spirit: you enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
