Location: Based in Louvai-la-Neuve, Belgium, with telework flexibility.

Semactic is a leading European SaaS platform in Search Activation. Our mission: to enable marketing teams and agencies to transform SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) data into concrete and measurable results.

We combine a powerful and intuitive platform with expert support to improve brand visibility, both on Google and in AI-generated responses.

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to own our entire marketing engine β€” from strategy to execution β€” and turn it into a predictable pipeline of free trials and demo bookings.

Your role:

As Head of Marketing, you will own all marketing levers at Semactic and be accountable for the top of our funnel: driving qualified traffic toward our free trials and book-a-demo flows. You will define the strategy, build the plan, and roll up your sleeves to execute it β€” managing one junior marketing resource already in place and reporting directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities:

Your main tasks will include:

  • Defining and executing the full SaaS marketing strategy across all channels: SEO, GEO, content, partnerships, paid ads, webinars, and events.
  • Generating qualified traffic and converting it into free trials and demo bookings, owning the funnel end to end.
  • Building Semactic's thought leadership in the SEO & GEO space β€” positioning the company and its voice as a reference on Search Activation through content, webinars, events, and AI-driven topics.
  • Building and running campaigns hands-on β€” from planning to delivery β€” while managing and developing a junior marketing team member.
  • Owning the marketing tech stack (email marketing, automation, AI tools) and keeping it sharp and effective.
  • Being relentlessly data-driven: analyzing the conversion funnel, measuring performance, and continuously optimizing for results.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO to align marketing with commercial objectives and growth targets.

You are the right person for us if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, combining strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Proven track record in demand generation: driving traffic and converting it into trials and demos across SEO, GEO, content, paid, webinars, and events.
  • A talent for building thought leadership and brand voice β€” able to turn expertise into compelling content and position a company as a market reference.
  • Strong command of marketing tools β€” email marketing, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
  • A genuinely data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze a conversion funnel and turn insights into action.
  • Creativity and autonomy: you can both imagine campaigns and ship them.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing talent.
  • A strong interest in search marketing (SEO/GEO), digital innovation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch, and a very good level of English.
  • University degree in marketing/communication, business management, or equivalent.
